Goal

Clusters are created by the "Enhance or Advance" match process the first time a search is executed.  When further find-requests are performed against these clusters, any records added after the clusters were formed are not reported.  This happens because clusters are not updated in real-time.

How can this issue be addressed where requests for newly added person records can be made searchable after the processor is already running?
