Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM configured with IBM JVM 1.7

Experiencing SSL handshake failures among the coherence cluster members with errors such as "Received fatal alert: handshake_failure" and "no cipher suites in common" logged in the WebLogic server logs.

Please note this is NOT specific to IBM JDK, you can also see this with other JDKs such as Oracle JDK 1.6 update 101,  JDK 1.7 update 40 as well.. However, the root cause and the solution to the problem is the same.


OAM server out files have several errors as :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Installed OAM
2. Use IBM JVM 1.7 for OAM
