Unable to Configure the Enterprise Capture Import Processor Job with a Microsoft Exchange Shared Email Account

Unable to complete the email configuration with a set of email accounts for an import processor job with a Microsoft Exchange shared account. There are no issues in connecting to another set of same Microsoft Exchange Email accounts, or Public Email accounts like gmail. Is it possible configure this scenario?
