On : 12.2.1.0.0 version, WebCenter Sites
When attempting to csdt command-line export data using modifiedSince, as described in documentation,
the following error occurs.

Export Error : Can't seem to parse date 2016-05-31.0. Is it in yyyy-mm-dd hh:MM:ss format?
