Symptoms

On a new installation of WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) on an Oracle database, after logging in to the WFR WebVerifier client, the following error is returned:

WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier Client
An error occurred while executing the command definition. See the inner exception for details.

 Also, if attempting to export users to the database within WFR Designer, the following error is returned:

SQL Exception: cannot insert NULL into <schema>.USER_.FIRSTNAME
