The environment in question is a Delivery install.

During deployment of Sites, the following error is seen in WLS UI and .out/.log file:

Servlet class com.fatwire.wem.ui.proxy.ProxyServlet for servlet ProxyServlet could not be loaded.

Servlet class net.fckeditor.connector.ConnectorServlet for servlet ConnectorServlet could not be loaded.

It's already verified that the following jars (that contain the classes) does not exist in WEB-INF/lib folder:

- uiframework-11.1.1.8.0.jar

- fckeditor-java-core-2.4.jar

The Sites deployment's web.xml was replaced by a web.xml from a Development install.
