Home Directory Owner is Not Set When Provisioning Home Directory from OIM to AD by AD User Management Connector 11g

Symptoms
Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) user accounts are provisioned by Microsoft Active Directory User Management Connector and Connector Server.
When provisioning Home Directory (default field name is "Homedirectory") field from OIM to AD, the folder owner is not set in the AD side. The AD user can not use the home directory until owner is set. "Unable to display current owner" is shown in Advanced Security Settings window as Current owner.
Home Directory Folder > Properties > Security > Advanced > Owner
Changes
Step to Reproduce:
1. Configure AD UM Connector to perform user accounts provisioning OIM user to AD.
2. Create an OIM user.
3. Perform provisioning from OIM user to AD.
4. Set a value to "HomeDirectory" field in AD User form.
5. Check Home Directory owner in the AD side.
Home Directory Folder > Properties > Security > Advanced > Owner
