Is there a workaround for users with same user-name in multiple domains to see the appropriate permissions? (Doc ID 2150199.1)

Goal

Two users with the same user-name exist in different domains. When logged onto the system, they don't see the appropriate permissions. Is there a different workaround for this apart from whats described in ?
