OAM 11.1.2.3.4 Session Expired After 8 Hours though CredentialValidityInterval is set to 720M (Doc ID 2150423.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.3.4 version, Authentication Engine
OAM 11.1.2.3.4 Session expired after 8 hours

Customer configured OAM session management timeout for  720M ( 12 hours ),This is as per Doc ID 1577300.1

But oam session is terminated after 8-hours , even after this setting.
