Multiple "ibnetdiscover" Processes Found on Exalogic vServers Showing 100% CPU Usage

In Exalogic virtual racks multiple instances of "ibnetdiscover" processes are seen on the Exalogic Control Stack vServers and possible guest vServers. "ibnetdiscover" processes appear to be running for days consuming 100% CPU causing slowness of vServers.
EM 13c agents installation on all affected vServers.
