EDQ: Watchlist Real-Time Screening Is Not Showing Results As Expected, "No matches were found"

Symptoms

From within the Watchlist application you are trying to filter for Individuals with Given Name, Family Name and DOB. Some individuals who are expected to appear as Match results are, in fact, not appearing and the following message is displayed: "No matches were found." The records not showing in the results are confirmed to be present in the watchlist data.
