Symptoms

Unable to convert imported email attachments to TIF format.  The following error occurs in the Capture Diagnostic Log:

Exception oracle.odc.docconverter.DocExportException: oracle.captureexportservice.CaptureExportServiceException: Failed to launch CaptureOITExport.

 This started to occur after applying Capture Patch 4.
