Exalogic Compute Nodes Not Connecting To ZFS Storage Heads Due To ZFS Heads Kernel Panic Reboots With "assertion failed: sm->sm_space + size" Errors (Doc ID 2152506.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic 2.0.6.X releases (Linux Physical, Linux Virtual, Solaris Physical) issue of Compute Nodes not connecting to ZFS Storage Heads is seen. This can be verified by symptoms like "df" commands hanging on the NFS shares and NFS shares not responding.

At the time of the issue we also see that ZFS heads were having issues of kernel panic reboot. Following "assertion failed: sm->sm_space + size" messages are seen on the ZFS console during the panic reboot.
