Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Configuration

When configured the server pool maintenance in the OTD console using a custom response HTML file , it returns a standard 503 error in every second attempt.

The first time it returns the custom HTML page, the second time standard 503 code and so on.

This is observed in Firefox browser.
When accessed using IE and Chrome, it always returns the 200 and custom response file.

However, it should always return the custom response file as configured.

Changes

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enable maintenance for origin server pool with a custom response file.
2. It should return custom response file for every hits.
3. But with Firefox browser, it returns a standard 503 error for every alternative request.
4. When using Chrome and IE, it always returns the custom HTML page.
