WebCenter Content (WCC) Site Studio (SS): "Web Site Object Type" Value is Unexpectedly Changed when Layout Page Saved with Selected Folder (Doc ID 2152856.1)

Symptoms

When layout page is saved, with a selected folder location, "Web Site Object Type" value is unexpectedly changed.  This results in invalid content info values.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable WCM.
  2. Install Site Studio Designer (SSD).
  3. Open SSD.
  4. Connect  to WCC.
  5. Create a new site.
  6. Connect site via Site Studio Designer.
  7. Right click on Home
  8. Select "Select Home Page"
  9. Select "Create a new page template (hscp).
  10. Press OK.
  11. "Assign Info Form" is displayed. Check the value of Web Site Object Type. (At this time, the value is "Page Template")
  12. Select "Browse" button on the right of Folder.
  13. Select location of folder to be saved.
  14. After selection of folder;  Check the value of Web Site Object Type.  (At this time, the value is "Page+Template"; unable to change.
  15. Input other required value and press "Assign info" button, you see the following error message:
ERROR:  Content item <undefined> has invalid content info values. Value not found in allowed list of options for field 'Web Site Object Type'.
