Symptoms

On : Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3)  MDC pasteBinary.sh command is not working when JAVA_HOME is inside the MIDDLEWARE_HOME

Setting up Multi Data Center Configuration for OAM 11.1.2.3 as per the steps in document.

At Step #12 in section 20.2, pasteBinary.sh fails with error as below:
