ODI Studio Simulation Execution Result Window/GUI is Missing Maximize/Minimize Icon (Doc ID 2154136.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Studio, executing a package or interface in simulation mode, the code simulation window is displayed with insufficient dimension for package or interfaces that generates many rows of complex code. It would be very useful if there is a maximize/minimize icon or button available. Moreover, even if the code simulation window is manually expanded, ODI doesn't save the last used dimension for the next execution.
