ODIP / DIP / OUD Does Not Sync Entries - DIP Error: "[APP: DIP#11.1.1.2.0] Error occurred while loading . Ignoring <entry DN>" and "Need to specify class name in environment or system property, or as an applet parameter" (Doc ID 2154243.1)

Symptoms

Changes in Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) and Directory Integration Platform (DIP / ODIP).

Now running syncProfileBootstrap, ODIP does not add entries to connected directory server anymore. It reports:

The synchronization profile has not been changed.

There is no attempt to add this entry seen in the access log of OUD which is used as the connected directory.
