Key-Exchange Algorithm Error when connecting to MFT (Doc ID 2154416.1)

Symptoms

When connecting to MFT Embedded FTP and SFTP servers, the following error may be seen on the client side:

Error: The first key-exchange algorithm supported by the server is diffie-hellman-group1-sha1, which is no longer secure. Aborting connection.
Error: Could not connect to server

 

Changes

 This is only seen after updating the FTP client to the latest version.
