After Releasing a WEC Batch, a Red X Icon is Displayed and Hangs with No Error Message (Doc ID 2155220.1)

When attempting to release a batch, the batch gets a Red X error icon and won't release. No batch errors are displayed.

This problem can occur when attempting to configure a new end-to-end process flow, or when changing a Capture Client Profile Post-Processing step.
