ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Can not remove member from group in Portal application when using IE 11
Portal 11.1.1.6 using OIDDAS to manage users from the Portal application. The functionality of deleting a member from a defined Group is not working. Select a user in a group using the Self-Service Console and then click the 'Remove' button, nothing happens.
Some images on the Self-Service Console page were not displayed.
OID logs show the searches performed as a user navigates through the Self-Service Console, but no 'modify' operations are performed to remove the user.
OC4J logs also show a user navigating through OIDDAS to the group where a member is to be deleted, but nothing else.
Changes
PROD environment was working and had "Compatibility View" enabled.
DEV environment was not working and had not added the website to IE's compatibility view list.
