Enterprise Manager Performance Summary Shows 'No Data Available' for Enterprise Capture (Doc ID 2156631.1)

Symptoms

Viewing the Enterprise Manager Performance Summary graphs display 'No Data Available' notes for Capture application statistics.  The Capture server shows a green up arrow status, indicating that it is running properly.  Other performance graphs show data.

This condition is only visible in Linux implementations of Capture.  Windows implementations behave differently.
