Unable To View an Image In The WebCenter Content: Imaging Basic Viewer Uisng Google Chrome (Doc ID 2156632.1)

Symptoms

An image in Basic Viewer displays correctly using Internet Explorer, but when using Google Chrome, the image does not display and the following error message is displayed:

"refused to display in a frame because it set 'x-frame-options' to 'sameorigin' "

This occurs using a custom ADF form created for Imaging.
