Exalogic Virtual: Duplicate EoIB IP Addresses Across Two Different vDC Accounts In EMOC

In Exalogic virtual racks issue of two vDC accounts using same EoIB IP address is seen. Following are screenshots which show the issue.
Following screenshot shows navigation options on how you can check the Reserved IPs for a particular account
Below 2 screenshots shows the reserved IPs for 2 accounts:(1) Vishal account and (2) Dalibor account. It highlights the specific IP 126.96.36.199 which is duplicated in both the accounts
Easiest way to figure out if there is any duplicate IP address assigned is by running vDC-IP-helper tool available from <Note 1967656.1>.
Following is the result when running run.sh script part of vDC IP helper. From below output we see duplicate IP is detected.
