OID Ldap Child Process Dies Following Nmap Port Scan (Doc ID 2157114.1)

On : version, OID LDAP Server

After running a weekly nmap port scan.
the OID ldap child process dies or hangs and the following error occurs.

Process monitoring log:

[host: plb-oid] [pid: 18182] [tid: 0] Main:: Sent newly launched server

[2016-06-13T01:49:27.733930-04:00] [OID] [NOTIFICATION:16] [] [OIDLDAPD]
[host: plb-oid] [pid: 18182] [tid: 1] ProcessDispatcher:
sendmsg failed, OS ERROR = 32

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run port scan
2. view OID processes
