OID Ldap Child Process Dies Following Nmap Port Scan (Doc ID 2157114.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, OID LDAP Server

After running a weekly nmap port scan.
the OID ldap child process dies or hangs and the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run port scan
2. view OID processes
