Symptoms

After clicking on the "Export Keystore to Wallet", the files show up in the pending folder:

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Followed steps in <Note 2124504.1> - How to Create a Wallet and Enable SSL for OHS via Fusion Middleware Control in FMW 12.2.1
