Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server
Cannot select multiple options from a multiple select option list if the same prefix word is in multiple option values.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a multiple select option list with options that contain the same word as a prefix for multiple option values.
2. Only US or US-Test option may be selected but not both options. Same for EU and EU-Germany options.
