Symptoms
The currently installed patch is 23532562, Version:11.1.1.9.0PSU-2016-06-10 00:15:12Z-r144416 (Build:7.3.5.185)
When trying to migrate metadata or doc profile/rule with CMU, the upload action always throws ZIP contains file name 'contentprofilerules/xxxxx_xxxx.hda' error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CMU bundle
2. Attempt to import.
