Need to Delete Multiple Accounts Created And Stuck In Provisioning Status (Doc ID 2157848.1)

Goal

During testing, OIM tried to create multiple accounts for a few users. Some of these accounts are now stuck in provisioning status.  You now would like to remove them. Is there a way to remove these accounts completely from the user so they do not show up in the accounts tab?
