In your organization, in Case Management, it may be common place to add default comments to an alert after a state change was already executed. When doing this, it is currently only possible to add a template if a state transition is made, but not if a comment is added. You would like to add the option to select a template to the "Add Comment" activity.
Change State with an option to add template:
Add Comment with no option to add template:
