Error "wfrCheckForDuplicateInvoice: Could Not check For duplicate invoices because the required information was Not provided" Processing an Invoice in WFR (Doc ID 2159622.1)

Symptoms

Receiving message in RTS log during extraction of invoice:

wfrCheckForDuplicateInvoice: Could Not check For duplicate invoices because the required information was Not provided

This allows invoices to pass through without performing duplicate invoice check. This does not seem to occur for every invoice processed in the project. The logging shows:
