Qn1: Are there any new options available to upgrade from Sites 11.1.1.8.0 to 12c?
 
Qn2: Do I need to install Sites 11.1.1.8.0 on new cluster , publish assets from old to new and then upgrade new environment to 12c? Whats the recommended solution for content migration from 11.1.1.8.0 to 12c ?
