ODI Unable to Connect to Resource Manager (Doc ID 2160247.1)

Symptoms

ODI is unable to connect to Resource Manager. It fails with:

2016-06-17 13:32:29.195 WARNING yarn.resourcemanager.connect.max-wait.ms is smaller than yarn.resourcemanager.connect.retry-interval.ms. Only try connect once.
