Symptoms
Users are reporting random occurrences of java.util.ConcurrentModificationException in Case Management (CM) when trying to change state of alerts.
This is a very different error message from the one when two users edit the same alert, where a meaningful message is shown to end users.
This issue is observed by all users, but the impact itself is low as users can work on alerts and change their states after some time.
