Symptoms
One of the following symptoms is observed when editing or executing an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.1.3 Load Plan (LP):
- Violation of AK_LP_STEP_GUID constraint when adding steps to the Load Plan...
When trying to add a few steps to the LP, and save it, the following error occurs:
- LP steps are not properly deleted from the database when they are deleted in the ODI Studio UI...
More precisely, the column PAR_I_LP_STEP (in the Work Repository SNP_LP_STEP table) is set to NULL, and then the LP cannot be executed anymore (will stay in **waiting** status indefinitely).
