WCC 11.1.1.9 Managed Server will not Start after Installation (Doc ID 2165071.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server
 Platform/HW Arch: RHEL 6.7 / AWS Cloud machine

When attempting to install WCC 11.1.1.9 getting errors:
