Not Able To See Eloqua Forms In WebCenter Sites Contributor UI (Doc ID 2165222.1)

Symptoms

Not able to see Eloqua forms in WebCenter Sites Contributor UI, Content Tree pane.  No Eloqua forms are displayed.

Under the EloquaForm --> Forms node, it says "No items to display".

See below 2 different SSL errors.
