OAM Errors Are Not Displayed In DCC Login Page (Doc ID 2166680.1)

Symptoms

Error messages are not displayed when using the default login page (login.pl) with DCC Webgate.
For example when try to login after fill a wrong user/password in login page and
click submit, there is no error message displayed, page is just reloaded.

Changes

 Install DCC webgate, and try to test error message part.
