Symptoms

ADUM connector Version 11.1.1.6.0 and later

When attempting to add Group to User from Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), the "Group Membership Insert" process task is getting rejected with User Interafce (UI) error  "Update Child Table Values failed".  In the logs (connector server and OIM ), the below error is thrown:
