Tuxedo SALT jsoncvt, JSON Object To Service Metadata Converter, Is Not Working Appropriately (Doc ID 2167368.1)

Symptoms

On SALT 12.1.3 version:
1. jsoncvt add several times the same field with different field ids to the generated buffer.
2. The mif generated has fields as "in" that belong to output files.
3. Fields used for input and output do not appear just once as access inout.
4. SALT is not translating properly the arrays.
