ODSEE - Unable to Edit Attributes in the "cn=config" Entry Using Directory Service Control Center (DSCC) (Doc ID 2168778.1)

Symptoms

Unable to edit attributes under "cn=config" branch using DSCC.

Example:
-------------------
1) Logon to DSCC console

2) Open DS instance.

3) Open "Entry Management" -> "Search" tab, and search "cn=config" as following

Base Search DN: Specify DN
Enter "cn=config"
Search Filter: Enter "cn=config"

4) Click the dn:cn=config in the Search Results, and open the "config - Entry Overview"

5) Edit an attribute, example using "nsslapd-return-exact-case":
E.X. : nsslapd-return-exact-case: on => off

6) Click "OK" button.  Error is returned, ie:
=> LDAP: error code 53 - Deleting attributes is not allowed

ERROR
-------------------
Error updating the server xxxxxx:xxx. The error is javax.naming.OperationNotSupportedException:
[LDAP: error code 53 - Deleting attributes is not allowed]; remaining name 'cn=config'
