Exalogic Virtual: Unable To Upload Guest vServer Template In EMOC (Doc ID 2169216.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic virtual environments, issue of unable to upload Guest vServer template into EMOC is seen. The EMOC job for template upload will fail immediately after 2 or 3 minutes it is submitted.

At the time of the issue in template upload job log, we see following:

Logging into the OVMM console, we can see below messages in corresponding template upload OVMM job logs. Similar log messages can also be seen from the PC cacao log:

Validating further we notice that here is no httpd processes as well running on EC vServer as seen below.
