"WriteEnabledFlag" In oam-config.xml Is Automatically Getting Changed From Type "Boolean" To "string" During MDC replication (Doc ID 2169881.1)

Symptoms

OAM 11.1.2.2.0

Type of "WriteEnabledFlag" in oam-config.xml is changed to string from boolean during replication. Once the type is changed to string further replication fails.
