While processing large files the HAFileAdapter file lock is lost resulting in multiple threads processing the file (Doc ID 2170559.1)

Symptoms

While using the HAFileAdapter to allow two or more servers in a cluster to process files from a shared location, files that take from 13-20 minutes to process cause the original processing thread to lose the file lock, allowing another thread to pick it up.  The original lock is recovered but now there is duplicate processing of the file contents.

The following log entry is seen when the lock is lost:
