Grey Screen When Loading the Enterprise Capture DC Client

After installing the latest Capture MLR, which runs on Windows Server 2012, whenever a user tries to access the dc-client it works once, but after that, whenever the user goes to the home page again, it gives a full grey screen. Can only be solved by restarting the Managed server.
