Certification For Admin Roles Such as "SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR" (Doc ID 2171845.1)

Goal

Trying to create role certification for OIM OOTB "SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR" role. Admin Users are part of this roles. But  when I running the certification scheduled job for this role certification, Job is getting failed with below error message.
