Symptoms

WFR Verifier was installed with just the component 'verifier' and 'no database connection' option during the installation on a the local machines. After loading the project file into the Verifier client application and entering the credentials, the following error message occurs:

Brainware.System.DAL.DAException --> The underlying provider failed on Open. ---> ORA-06413: Connection not open.
