Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.2 version,

Attribute uniqueness constraints allowing duplicate values
Below was the scenario.

On OID 11.1.1.9.2 version applied uniqueness constraint for attribute UID. However, adding entries to OID in batch caused some of the add operations to fail siting Unique constraint violation.

An interim patch for the bug 19613876 related to attribute uniqueness was applied. As a per-requisite upgraded OID to 11.1.1.9.2 version and then applied interim patch for bug 19613876. However, now OID allows duplicate for UID even when the constraint is enabled.
