Symptoms

When attempting to access SSO enabled forms using Web Start, getting the following error:

General Exception

Name: oracle.forms.engine.Main
ExitException: Could not parse launch file. Error at line 73.

This works using the 'Applet embedded in HTML' (default) configuration.
