How to disable XML validation of BAPI / IDOC outbound payloads in the 12c SAP Adapter (Doc ID 2174831.1)

The SAP Adapter in SOA 12c is performing strict validation of IDOC and BAPI XML payloads.

This validation was not performed in SOA 11g and may cause problems for migrated applications.

How can the XML validation of BAPI / IDOC be disabled so that the 12c Adapter behaves the same as the 11g SAP Adapter (ie. no XML validation) ?
